Meet the Lawyers
A Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, William Price has been a practicing attorney for more than 30 years, licensed in State and Federal Courts. Mr. Price, born in Lakeland, Florida, was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1980 after obtaining his Juris Doctor from Mercer University. Prior to attending Mercer University, he received a Bachelor of Arts in U.S. History in 1977 from Vanderbilt University. He was admitted to the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida in 1981 and the Trial Bar in 1984. He was also admitted to Middle District of Florida.
Mr. Price is a dedicated member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating available. He has been listed as a Florida Super Lawyer and also served as President of the Palm Beach Chapter of ABOTA (2005-2006). Mr. Price is currently a Senior Life Member of ABOTA Foundation, National Director of the Palm Beach Chapter, and also a member of the Executive Committee.
He was first designated as a Board Certified Lawyer in Civil Trial Practice by the Florida Bar in 1987 and has been re-certified in 1992, 1997, 2002 and 2007. In addition to serving in the Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council, Inc. (Special Counsel, 1992-1997), Mr. Price has served as a Chairman of numerous Palm Beach County Bar Committees, including the Personal Injury/Wrongful Death Committee and the Medical-Legal-Dental Committee.
Mr. Price is the author of numerous articles and chapters in the area of personal injury and trial practice, and has served as an instructor, speaker, moderator and panel member for legal seminars, courses, and workshops. He is an active member of the America Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association, and the Palm Beach Justice Association. His areas of expertise include trial practice, civil litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, and professional liability.
Born in São Paulo, Brazil in 1976, Daniel Britto moved to Palm Beach County in 1985. He attended the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, with honors 1997. He then remained at the University of Florida to receive his Juris Doctor in December of 2000 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in April of 2001.
Mr. Britto practiced law as an Assistant Public Defender in Palm Beach County from 2001 to 2003 where he gained valuable trial experience defending his clients in dozens of jury trials. He was then recruited by William W. Price, P.A. in June of 2003.
Mr. Britto’s areas of expertise include trial practice, personal injury litigation, wrongful death, professional malpractice and criminal defense. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Palm Beach County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Britto is fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish.

Michael S. Herman, Jr. joined William W. Price, P.A. in 2013. He earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law in 2012 and his undergraduate degree from Towson University in 2008.
At 18-years-old, Mr. Herman was accepted as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge John Turnbull II, then the Chief Judge of the Baltimore County Circuit Court, where he served for a brief period before entering college. After his admission to the Florida Bar in 2013, Mr. Herman defended personal injury cases for insurance companies in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he was able to gain valuable insight into the workings of the accident claims industry. Mr. Herman’s current areas of practice include automobile accident liability, premises liability, wrongful death, and employment liability such as wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, unlawful retaliation, and intentional discrimination. He has also represented victims of criminal acts in Palm Beach County, Florida, acting as a liaison between the victim and the State Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Herman currently lives in Jupiter, Florida with his wife and fellow attorney, Christa Herman. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
