While every case is different depending on severity and injuries, William W. Price, P.A. makes every effort to ensure that the claim process moves along in a timely manner. The length of time a case takes depends on the injuries sustained and medical treatment required in order to ensure a complete packet is submitted to the insurance carrier for proper review.
QUESTION How does the attorney get paid?

ANSWER
Payment to the attorney gets paid on a contingency basis. Although each settlement amount differs, the general rule is thirty-three and one-third percent (33.3%) of any recovery up to $1 million through the time of the Defendant filing an Answer or the demand for appointment of arbitrators. Forty percent (40%) of any recovery up to $1 million from the time of the Defendant filing an Answer and thereafter any time throughout the trial of the case.
QUESTION If you don’t recover anything, do I have to pay you?

ANSWER
The short answer is no. If William W. Price, P.A. is unable to recover anything on your behalf, you do not pay anything.
